We package your order very securely but just in case there has been a breakage in transit, please email and we will arrange a replacement. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us suitably packaged.

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. A redelivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.

Our aim to dispatch your order on the same day you place it however, there are times when we need to pour candles to order.  If this is the case then it could take up to 5 working days to dispatch.

​Postage and Delivery

The cost of postage is calculated by weight and the size of the parcel. Items are sent by courier (Hermes)

Please note that product colour variations occur occasionally and naturally as part of the handmade manufacturing process.
