In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you may return them to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
We will require as much much information as possible and images or videos of the issue in question.
For damaged items, it is essential that these are reported at the earliest opportunity to ensure we can help. If the report is outside of a reasonable time frame, we won't be able to offer a refund.
We do not offer replacements and as such any items that are returned will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed.
